I am Josh Wei-Jun Hsueh, a PhD candidate in Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University, Italy.
My research focuses on family businesses' reputation and identity based on their corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy and activities. I am interested in the theories of socioemotional wealth (SEW) and social identity, and my empirical methods mostly rely on experimental survey design.
Currently, I am working on the management of internal identities and external reputation of family businesses.
