I am Josh Wei-Jun Hsueh, a research associate at University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. I have my PhD in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University, Italy.

My research focuses on entrepreneurs and their family in addressing sustainability issues, such as employee relations and individual well-being.

Specifically, I focus on the psychological approach to examine how founder(s) and their families shape a firm’s sustainability strategy in managing different stakeholder relationships, particularly those with non-family members.

Empirically, I mostly rely on experimental survey design to analyze the data about individual psychology and behavior in response to firm strategies.
